I’m 99% sure I’m addicted to lucid dreaming. I’ve done it almost every night for the past year. HELLO sleep paralysis. 

IM TRYING THIS.

I’ve always wanted to try this, but I’ve heard there are downsides too, some wake up and can’t move, some can’t remember things they used to, etc. It can be really bad for you as well, but I wanna try it, yet know I can’t. I swear I have once, but don’t remember it, also I like have spontaneous dreams :3
